You’ll gain a Certificate IV in Information Technology via TAFE
● Hands-on training and recognised qualification via TAFE (Certificate IV in IT).
● Complete your qualification in 3 years alongside on-the-job training.
● Learn about problem-solving, sustainability, troubleshooting digital systems and more.
● Diploma of IT (Advanced Networking, Cloud Architecture).

“I didn’t really have a career path planned but was looking for something in the AV industry when I first applied as a service technician. Now that I am in the industry and have some experience under my belt, I’ve got several different branches and options within the industry that I can work towards. I’m still learning a lot day to day and have a lot more room to grow which is exciting and get the support from the team to try new things and learn along the way. During my time working, I’ve been put in different roles in the service department, including a concierge so I’ve been able to experience more than just my service technician role which is great training for the future.”
